Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.

This position pays $21-24 per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity.

We are looking for the following schedules:

* Mon - Fri 10:30am - 6:30pm

What you will do:

* Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
* Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
* Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
* Data entry of sensitive information
* General inbound customer service

What you bring:

* Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
* Service Titan experience preferred but not required
* Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
* Conscientious, team player
* Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
