  • DirectorsDuties:
    • Work Hybrid Remote
    • Tax Compliance Oversight: Ensure tax returns comply with relevant laws and regulations, overseeing the review process for accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with team members to identify tax-saving opportunities and optimize client strategies, fostering effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
    • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations, proactively adjusting firm practices and strategies to ensure compliance and maximize client benefits.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, leading pre-engagement planning, managing execution, and delivering high-quality results, while also providing strategic financial and tax planning advice.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on tax and accounting issues, providing accurate and timely guidance to clients and team members, and reviewing tax returns and work papers to verify accuracy and compliance.
    • Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development in tax and accounting practices.
    • Effective Communication: Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and understandable manner, while also contributing to business development efforts and identifying opportunities to expand services.
    • Process Optimization: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in tax preparation and review processes, actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
    • Ethical Standards: Uphold firm policies, standards, and ethical guidelines in all aspects of work, maintaining integrity and professionalism in client interactions and internal operations.We are looking for the following:
      • 2+ years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating a proven progression in tax return complexity, scope, and research.
      • CPA is a must for Tax Managers and ideally EA other levels but not required
      • Exp. with High Net Worth is ideal but we are open to all focuses
