Compensation ExpertiseDISH is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation team in driving innovative practices that attract and retain top talent. As Senior Compensation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs that align with our business objectives and industry trends.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to motivate performance and reward results
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and drive retention efforts
• Oversee equity compensation programs, including ESPP, stock option grants, and long-term incentive plans, ensuring alignment with company goalsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with proven expertise in developing compensation strategiesBenefits:
