We'll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets. We are looking for candidates who are proactive learners, creative thinkers, and collaborative problem solvers. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Meeting with clients to understand their business issues, develop impactful data-driven solutions, and instill confidence by assuring the integrity of the data being used to make decisions.
• Developing and applying a working knowledge of data management and business intelligence best practices and training on common solutions and tools utilized to solve client needs.
• Leveraging your education to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and express results in a business context.
• Delivering solutions in cross-functional engagement teams who serve clients across multiple industries, technology platforms, and geographies.The qualifications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
  • Detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Interest or experience in cloud technologies.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with data visualizations and reporting platforms OR data integration technologies with a focus on database architecture, data quality, and MDM solutions preferred.
  • Education or experience with market-leading data management and business analytics tools preferred.

Please review position location for applicable geographic location.Colorado monthly base range is as follows:$6,833.00 to $7,500.00We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging, and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.
