Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Reporting & Technical
Accounting Manager to ensure the accuracy and compliance of
financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and prepare
financial statements
Coordinate and manage the external audit process, serving as the
main contact for auditors
Research complex accounting issues and provide guidance on
technical accounting matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
CPA certification
5+ years of experience in public accounting or public company
finance
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Proficiency in technical accounting areas such as revenue
recognition and lease accounting
