Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and
Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage external financial reporting, including SEC filings and
earnings releases
Research and document technical accounting policies and significant
transactions
Oversee equity accounting and collaborate with Investor Relations
for earnings calls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related
field
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, focusing
on SEC reporting
Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with complex
financial statements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred
Experience with ASC 718, ASC 842, and ASC 606 is highly
preferred
