This position will be in Colorado Springs, CO. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting. -This position will support the test effort for development of multiple ground-based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment. The Lead Integration & Test Engineer will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system. The test engineer will be a point-of-contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan.Essential Functions:

• Responsible for troubleshooting failures of the tests, based on test plan inputs provided by the SEIT lead and test architect.
• Responsible for completion of specific test configuration details, test procedure development, implementation & checkout of STE, test sets & test set software checkout, analysis tools evaluation.
• Responsible to support the directing of test activities, including supporting shift planning.
• Identify risks & opportunities for specific test activities.
• Work with and influence system engineering & design on architecture(s) and interfaces to optimize & include test capabilities early in the development life cycle.
• Able to work with systems and design engineering to identify STE/GSE requirements that will satisfy testing requirements, as well as reuse options.
• Evaluate/Define STE requirements (hardware & software) needed for verification of System level requirements.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of dregree, 10 years of systems/test experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
• Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology
• Experience in Systems EngineeringPreferred Additional Skills:
• Excellent organization skills.
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Requires comprehensive level knowledge of Electronic Warfare and System Engineering
• Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control.
• Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)
• Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture
• JAVA and C++ application SW testing
• AutomationIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $158,000 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
