Pricing will be responsible for facilitating the pricing and
packaging strategy for all West Division Comcast Business product
lines across Small Business and Mid-Market segments, including
connectivity, communications, security, and network solutions. This
includes working with HQ, Division and Region partners to assess
needs, size opportunities, develop strategies, and coordinate
execution of programs that ultimately deliver subscriber, unit and
revenue growth, and increase customer retention. To be effective,
the Manager, Pricing, needs to use sales interactions, competitive
insights, data, and operational wherewithal to design effective
pricing strategies.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesIdeate and
develop pricing & packaging strategies by analyzing multiple
variables such as customer segmentation, geographic diversity,
sales channels, competitive pressures, and system
capabilities.Steward business case development in partnership with
finance teams to assess the viability of initiatives.Build
executive-ready storyboards on key initiatives, often presented to
SVPs for alignment and approval.Translate pricing strategies into
system requirements and coordinate operational readiness for
launch.Track sales trends, analyze results, and draw conclusions
about performance to recommend improvements to pricing strategies
and tactics.Perform daily operational blocking and tackling
required to drive and deliver the best customer and employee
experiences while delivering customer and revenue growth.Subject
matter expert on pricing strategy, pricing analytics, and pricing
operations, supporting marketing and sales teams.Ability to build a
coalition of partners within a matrix environment.Maintain
discipline, focus, a positive attitude, and a high-performance
level in a fast-paced business environment.Collaborates with
cross-functional teams to launch new services, features, and
enhancements on time and within budget.Gathers input to define
product concepts. Justifies expenditures for products. Defines and
analyzes markets. Evaluates technologies. Develop detailed product
features and requirements and develop implementation
plans.Participates in product modification, cost reduction, margin
analysis, advertising and promotion, forecasting, product
positioning, and pricing strategies.Accountable for profit and loss
or budgetary management for assigned products.The product planning
and scheduling process is directed according to sales volume,
inventory requirements, and materials availability.Establishes and
implements policies and procedures needed to achieve
goals.Develops, mentors, and trains Specialists to ensure
department work performance and objectives are met.Manages,
gathers, and analyzes competitive intelligence data for product
lines.Provides product support and documentation and develops
product materials.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and
discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and
punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.Other duties and

Pay Range: $122,166.03 - $183,249.04Comcast intends to offer the
selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part
of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and
recognize employees for their work. - -Most sales positions are
eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan,
while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
