OverviewBreakthru Beverage Group is looking for a Commercial
Strategy Manager to join our growing team! The ideal applicant will
be forward thinking, have a passion for developing & deploying high
impact strategies, and bring prior Strategy Consulting and/or
Internal Strategy experienceThe Commercial Strategy Manager will
help shape and implement Breakthru's multi-year commercial
road-map, that integrates into Corporate Strategy, to deliver
sustainable, profitable growth. This position will support the
Director, Commercial Strategy & cross-functional stakeholders in
strategy development for commercial opportunities through analysis,
presentation building and recommendation development. This role
will provide project management support and thought partnership for
commercial work-streams across the commercial organization
(Commercial Strategy & Sales Excellence, Digital, Supplier Business
Development & National Accounts).This is a hybrid role (2 days at
the office, 3 days from home) that can be based in any Breakthru
Beverage office location.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development
and implementation of Breakthru's multi-year commercial
roadmap:Perform detailed quantitative (market analysis, consumer
trends, etc.) and qualitative (case studies, surveys, etc.)
analyses to support project work and recommendation
developmentDevelop analytical approaches to transform information
into thoughtful, actionable insightsDevelop commercially viable
solutions & recommendations to problems we are trying to solveBuild
"executive ready" presentations for Executive Team and Board of
Managers' to effectively communicate findings & strategy
recommendations to Leadership & OwnershipConduct on-going industry
analyses to identify commercial opportunities for BBG (e.g.,
Route-to-Market, Portfolio, Customer, Consumer)Support the
coordination and execution of strategic commercial
workstreams:Support commercial leadership through project
management and thought partnership on a variety of commercial
workstreams including Trade Development, Analytics & Commercial
CapabilitiesSupport selected workstreams through strategic
analysis, presentation development and delivery of business case
recommendationsEffectively manage stakeholders and timelines to
ensure key deliverables are completed on time & at a high
levelSupport Supplier Business Development & National Account teams
on critical projectsLead RFP and Pitch Response (nationally and
locally) from timeline & stakeholder management, analytics support
and presentation building in partnership with SBD Team &
MarketsSupport the streamlining and enhancement of supplier facing
communications (e.g.., Top to Tops, Supplier pitches and defenses,
RFPs, etc.) to create efficiencies & increase consistencySupport
the National Accounts organization on key strategic
prioritiesStrategic Analysis & Development:Serve as internal
consultant and business partner to BBG Commercial Organization &
Leadership TeamEffectively respond to time-sensitive requests for
ad-hoc analyses; translate business inquiries into actionable
reports and presentations on behalf of Commercial
OrganizationMaintain an external mindset, including staying on top
of consumer, competitive & macroeconomic trends that could impact
BBG's businessOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder's
supervisor, may also be required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in
related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum
of 5 years of business experienceProficient PC skills using MS
Office and other various computer programs including presentation
software, Strong Emphasis on PowerPoint, and MS ExcelAbility to
communicate effectively to various audiences & augment the
messaging / content accordinglyAbility to access, organize and
analyze complex data sets to identify thoughtful and actionable
trends & insightsAbility to communicate findings verbally &
visually through high-quality "Executive Ready" PowerPoint decks &
verbal presentationsAnalytic and Reporting skillsUtilize sound
judgement and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced,
high-volume, team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Management
and or Executive Communication experienceProject Management
ExperiencePrior Consulting ExperienceKnowledge of the 3-Tier
System, and prior Beverage Alcohol ExperienceExperience Utilizing
Syndicated Date Sources (ie., Nielsen) for analysisMBAPhysical

Statement:Any offered salary is determined based on internal
equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's
skills and prior relevant experience.Compensation package: Range:
$105,000- $130,000This position is eligible to participate in a
bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined
annually.This position is eligible for health care benefits, life
insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's
