Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute pricing strategies for the product
portfolio
Define insurance risk tolerance and establish a risk management
framework
Manage partnerships with reinsurers and oversee regulatory
reporting
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related
field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in pricing, underwriting, or risk
management within the insurance or employee benefits sector
Proven ability to develop pricing strategies and risk management
frameworks
Experience managing relationships with reinsurers and strategic
partners
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
