Job Summary:DISH, a leading technology company, is seeking a Senior Director of Retail Wireless Program Management to lead the launch of our Retail Wireless initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Program Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Program Managers to drive on-time, successful delivery of Retail Wireless initiatives.
• Ensure top-to-bottom coordination in launch planning and provide support during post-launch windows.
• Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
• Prioritize team workload and ensure effective coordination in an aggressive delivery environment.
• Conduct and lead team meetings to achieve project goals and secure approvals for requirements documents.Requirements:
  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline.
  • 8+ years of program management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
