Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior SEC Reporting & Technical
Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the SEC reporting process, including the preparation and
filing of 10-Qs and 10-Ks
Lead technical accounting functions, including research and
communication of accounting topics
Support the implementation of new accounting standards and develop
global accounting policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA
license
8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in
public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm)
Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements
Experience collaborating across various functions and geographic
locations
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a focus on
accuracy and quality
