Key Responsibilities
Implement and define a strategic vision for the TPM organization
aligned with business goals
Oversee the execution of major initiatives and programs, ensuring
timely and high-quality delivery
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing TPM team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical program management, product
management, and technical leadership roles
Proven experience in leading and scaling technical teams
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong technical skills and fluency in software development
concepts
Track record of establishing credibility with senior executives and
team members
