Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director (Medical
Affairs).
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support and consultative activities across the
PBM, including utilization management and prescriber inquiries
Oversee a portion of CVS Health's clinical programs and participate
in utilization management criteria reviews
Conduct special clinical investigations and research as requested,
collaborating with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in direct patient care
At least 2 years of experience in clinical outcomes with knowledge
of medical statistics and regulatory agencies
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of
residence
Graduate of an accredited Medical School and Residency Program
