Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Director
responsible for leading and overseeing the seamless integration of
newly onboarded clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee client onboarding, ensuring successful execution
and alignment with project plans
Monitor and analyze project launch progress, driving continuous
improvement through post-launch reviews
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, advocate for project
needs, and ensure readiness across all functions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical project
management
7+ years of experience within mail order pharmacy operations and/or
manufacturer pharmacy support programs
Bachelor's degree required
PMP/SCRUM Certification and experience working in Agile/Scrum
environments
Deep knowledge of manufacturer pharmacy support programs and broad
knowledge of technology
