A company is looking for a Lead Internal Communications Manager
to drive internal communication strategies and support leadership
communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned
with company goals
Create and distribute high-quality content for various
communication channels
Plan and coordinate internal events to enhance employee
engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations,
or a related field
4-6 years of experience in internal communications or a similar
role
Proven experience working with senior leaders and managing
executive communications
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with
communication tools
