Job Description:

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the management and direction of talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies
Evaluate and enhance employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment
Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and manage program budgets

Required Qualifications and Education

Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development or organizational development
Experience managing budgets and resources
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in organizational development
Academic Medical Center experience preferred
