Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee online
market research projects and manage online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the delivery of online market research projects,
including survey building and data quality checks
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective project execution and
maintain proactive communication with clients
Manage online communities and develop personalized recruitment
plans to meet client needs and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics,
or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Highly numerate with an analytical background and understanding of
customer and marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is advantageous
Previous experience with Consumer Product Goods or FMCG companies
is preferred
