Key Responsibilities
Assigns and coordinates team work to ensure efficient service
delivery
Develops work management tools and conducts performance reviews
Generates improvement ideas and implements approved changes to
enhance quality
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with applicable
insurance courses
Minimum of four years of experience in a specific function or field
of expertise
Management experience is required
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and company policies
Familiarity with staff management concepts and practices
