• Establishing and monitoring delivery schedules for Interconnection Applications Submissions/Studies and Permitting deliverables respectively.
• Overseeing the effectiveness in achieving optimized designs.
• Validating the quality of designs and confirming acceptable quality of designs from third parties.
• Supporting the decision-making processes and risk mitigation plans related to technical issues at the system level.100% telecommuting position [may work from anywhere in the U.S. mainland and/or territories]What You Bring:
  • U.S. Master's degree in Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 24 months of experience leading distributed energy resources (DER) projects including planning, engineering and design, utility & regulatory engagement, construction, program management, project controls, and commissioning.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement tax strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex situations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve tax-related issues effectively.Exempt Position - Annual Salary $163,280 to $164,300 USDBonus Opportunity: 35% of annual salary
