Sightline Hospitality is seeking a -General Manager -for a soon to open 177 room hotel (Field and Stream) in Bozeman, Montana. That's why we welcome risk takers and creative spirits alike. Your Responsibilities From day one, you'll be thrust into the action. In this role, you'll own the exciting tasks of creating financial stability at these established and iconic hotels, while continuing to operate with a high degree of service and culture. The ideal candidate will have a creative mind and will be able to set the property apart from the local landscape by inspiring exceptional service and creating unique hotel guest experiences. You will manage the guest experience to heightened cleaning and safety protocols. You will poise each location to become among the best in class, celebrated amongst locals and visitors. - Delivering guest experiences that go above and beyond, creating raving reviews, and attracting media attention, through seasonal programming and community partnerships, all within the parameters of budget and expenses. Managing the property for financial performance, working with the on-site and corporate teams to prepare materials and communicate results with hotel stakeholders. Required- owner operator mentality. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting. In addition, the General Manager must have a strong knowledge in Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing. • Bachelor's degree in business management, Hotel management, or equivalent experience required. -
• Must have a minimum of 10 years varied management experience in the hospitality industry including General Manager.
• Additional experience that comes to mind: independent hotels, F&B operations & Experience Programming.
• Must be able to analyze a profit and loss statement and extrapolate information from it and related reports. -
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have working knowledge of accounting systems, property management systems and housekeeping products and procedures. -
• Must be familiar with OSHA, SB198, local Department of Health regulations, and relevant current laws governing handling of hazardous substances. -
• Fluent in English and ability to speak other languages is a plus
