Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Researcher to develop and
maintain proprietary claims-based physician performance
measures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews to develop and refine metrics for
various medical conditions and procedures
Validate measures using proprietary technical and statistical
tools
Collaborate with clinical experts and cross-functional teams to
support new product development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related or technical field
Strong interest in healthcare and clinical best practices
Experience with healthcare claims data, health services, or
clinical research is a plus
Aptitude to learn new technologies and tools quickly
A healthcare background, such as a master's degree in a
health-related field or clinical practice experience, is a plus
