Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service
Associate - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage small to medium accounts and serve as the main contact for
customer needs
Write new business, maintain renewals, and work with underwriters
to amend coverage
Prepare insurance proposals and monitor claims until closed
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience servicing commercial accounts
Property and Casualty license is required
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and
underwriters
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
