Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Human Resources Delivery
Services for the Data Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Data Management team, ensuring accurate
employee data input
Establish and enforce data standards and conduct regular data
audits for compliance
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with
HRIS for system enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information
Systems, or related field
Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources in a Data
Entry or Shared Services environment
Proficient in HR systems, with SuccessFactors as a plus
Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and compliance
requirements
Experience in utilizing data to drive process improvements and
automation initiatives
