Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee the
procurement, administration, enhancement, and security of critical
IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and improve Okta IAM with a focus on zero-trust
Manage access controls and ensure compliance with security policies
while overseeing IT help desk operations
Automate IT and business processes using tools like Zapier and
scripting in Python or JavaScript
Required Qualifications
Strong experience managing IT help desk operations and
troubleshooting macOS and SaaS applications
Experience in administering various SaaS tools and IAM platforms
such as Google Workspace and Okta
Ability to write and modify basic scripts in Python and/or
JavaScript
Understanding of security best practices and familiarity with
compliance frameworks like HIPAA and SOC 2
Experience managing direct reports and providing career development
opportunities
