Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cerner RadNet Application Support
Analyst to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and troubleshoot customer incidents and service
requests
Assist in providing functionality demonstrations and end-user
education
Monitor system performance and report anomalies, working with the
team to make recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Cerner/Oracle, specifically RadNet, with knowledge of
other modules preferred
3+ years of experience in application support or implementation
License or certification in a clinical specialty or relevant work
experience preferred
Software implementation experience preferred
