A company is looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to
drive strategic talent searches for their Engineering, Product, and
Design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end talent acquisition for requisitions across
Engineering, Product, and Design
Act as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and
executives to enhance people strategy
Source, screen, offer, and close candidates for hard-to-fill
positions
Required Qualifications
Experience in a startup environment with high degrees of
ambiguity
Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals and structured hiring
processes
Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new processes and
software
Sense of ownership and urgency around work and hiring outcomes
