Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Architect and Developer to
manage a team and lead their architecture and development
strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Salesforce team, ensuring best practices in the
Salesforce SDLC
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions and
write custom Apex code
Monitor and report on Salesforce performance initiatives,
identifying areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management, focusing on
SDLC and team leadership
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with a
strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
