Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, Collections and Services to
join their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Support engineering teams in building new services and features
Counsel on issues related to user-uploaded content, privacy, and
copyright
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various departments
Required Qualifications and Education
J.D. and license to practice law
Five or more years of experience in a law firm or in-house at a
library, non-profit, or technology company
Deep subject matter expertise in US and EU intermediary liability
regimes
Experience working in a remote-first organization
Enthusiasm for the mission of providing universal access to
knowledge
