Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support professional to
provide remote technical assistance to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex system issues for end users through a remote
support process
Coordinate and conduct installation, move, add, and change (ICMS)
activities for integrated equipment and systems
Provide technical support for project work and guide clients on
system usage to prevent recurring errors
Required Qualifications
Ability to work effectively with remote clients
Experience troubleshooting printers and network issues
Familiarity with Dell BIOS menu and One Time Boot menu
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and application
installation/repair
Experience in rebuilding Windows profiles and backing up data
