Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Bilingual to provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities

Direct communication with members, providers, and health plans regarding benefits and eligibility
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary
Follow up on unresolved issues and keep all parties updated on the status

Required Qualifications

1+ year of Member Services experience in the Healthcare industry
Proficient with computers
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong understanding of health plan terminology preferred
Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST/5:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
