A company is looking for a Funding Operations Associate to join
their Escrow Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain specialized escrow state licenses and provide
exceptional customer service
Manage real estate audit, funding, and post-funding pipelines to
ensure smooth closings
Audit executed closing documents and balance/disburse all fees
while adhering to regulations
Required Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience in real estate
transactions
Title and escrow experience at a national scale
Proficiency with various technologies and workflow tools
Ability to learn and adhere to county, state, and regulatory
requirements
Eagerness to grow within the role and develop skills for
advancement
