Job Description:

A company is looking for a Training Delivery Specialist to support IT training initiatives for federal personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructional content for assigned courses and share best practices in the Microsoft 365 environment
Research and address student inquiries regarding Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology
Manage training metrics and documentation, and coordinate follow-up with training attendees

Required Qualifications

High School diploma
Minimum of 1 year of overall experience in a relevant field
Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated applications
Ability to obtain Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification within 30/60 days
Public Trust clearance required to start
