Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Recruiter to connect with
high-performing real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with up to 50 recruits daily through cold calls
and warm leads
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates using
available resources
Collaborate effectively with team members and managers to achieve
business goals
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a call center or telemarketing
environment
Prior work experience in a sales role with proven
relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
Experience with business analysis and communication tools such as
Teams or SalesForce
