Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Insurance
Representative to service clients in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs and
referring them to the sales team when necessary
Process servicing requests related to coverage, renewals, claims,
and new business in a timely manner
Conduct coverage reviews and recommend changes or additional lines
of business as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Property/Casualty license and Health & Life license
Knowledge of insurance agency practices and procedures
Current understanding of insurance coverages and underwriting
guidelines
Familiarity with rating systems and processing requirements for
carriers
