precision.Role Overview:We're looking for a Marketing & Business
Development Specialist who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
and get into the thick of it. This is a hybrid role where you'll be
a marketer, a business developer, and an essential part of Matic's
continued success. You'll be creating compelling content, managing
dynamic campaigns, driving new business, and supporting the team on
various fronts. It's fast, it's fun, and it's full of opportunities
to make a real difference.Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop sharp, engaging content-from articles
and case studies to social media posts-that positions Matic as a
leader in strategy, design, and digital delivery.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute innovative marketing
campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Channel Strategy: Own our digital presence across various
channels, ensuring our messaging is as smart as it is bold.
- Business Development: Use content and campaigns to initiate
conversations, build relationships, and create opportunities for
new business.
- Collateral: Assist in developing proposals, organizing
presentations, and managing marketing collateral-whatever helps us
get to the next level.What We're Looking For:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field. Experience & passion counts for a lot; a degree is not
required, but desired.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or business development
role, preferably in a digital or tech-focused environment.
- Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement
and leads.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.Why

- 90-Day Contract to Hire: We're looking for a mutual fit, and we
think the best way to find it is through doing. This is a 90-day
contract-to-hire opportunity.
- In-Office Collaboration: You'll be working at least 3 days a
week in our RiNo, Denver office located in the Taxi campus,
collaborating closely with leadership daily.
