Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager II, Credit & Collections to
oversee their e-Commerce Retailer business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Credit & Collections Team, including full-time
employees and BPO vendor staff
Develop, implement, and monitor Credit & Collection policies and
procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with
cross-functional stakeholders to enhance strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Significant experience in billing, collections, credit, and cash
application operations
Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and
applications
Proven experience in managing diverse teams and implementing
accounts receivable systems
Experience in a fast-paced, tech environment for large business
organizations
