Key Responsibilities
Manage a team, overseeing performance, growth, and HR tasks
Monitor operational KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis for
performance issues
Collaborate with teams to identify workflow improvements and
implement best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in a customer service environment
1+ year of direct people management experience
1+ years of experience using data and metrics for improvements
1+ years of experience working with teams across multiple
locations
Bonus: Bachelor's degree and prior healthcare or insurance
experience
