Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Client Success
(Pharma) to manage and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical
and agency clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure customer
satisfaction
Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to demonstrate ROI and
provide insights
Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions and
manage the implementation process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and
account management
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project
management platforms like JIRA or Asana
