This will be hybrid role supporting Mike Maroone Chevrolet GMC in Longmont and Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC in Boulder.Core Requirements:--- 3-5 years experience leading and managing sales teams.--- Proven track record of sales and finance performance. --- Prior DMS experience; DealerTrack preferred.--- Outstanding organization and follow up skills.--- Desire to provide a high level of customer service.--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. --- Must be goal-driven and have strong desire to succeed. --- Must have a clean driving record.
