Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to
enhance their digital presence and engage with homebuilders through
impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and distribute various content assets, including blogs and
social ads, to communicate brand value
Develop and manage email marketing programs and nurture campaigns
for different personas
Analyze content performance across channels and optimize ongoing
campaigns based on insights
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing; experience in
construction or homebuilding is a plus
Proven experience with Hubspot and social media platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaign execution and
website optimization
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, including on-page SEO
strategies
Experience in content repurposing and developing multichannel
campaigns that drive engagement
